(12-2-19) Last night (December 1 – 2, 2019) the Celina Police conducted an investigation into information they received and were able to obtain a warrant from Judge Kathryn W. Speelman to search the property at 808 Pro Dr., Apt #6.
The warrant was executed at 2:13 AM by Celina Police with the assistance of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office. When officers attempted to contact the people inside they would not answer the door. Forced entry was made and three suspects were detained. The search yielded an array of illegal drugs, including suspected heroin, meth, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms. There was also an assortment of paraphernalia which included syringes and scales for weighing the drugs. An undisclosed amount of cash was also seized.
The three suspects were arrested on felony possession charges pending further review by the Mercer County Prosecutor, Matthew K. Fox. The three are Steven Anthon Noggler (29), Merissa Lynn Fetters (25) and Janice Marie Fetters (46) and are all being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on $100,000 bond subject to 10%. All are residents at 808 Pro Dr, #6, Celina.
The Celina Police Department would like to thank Judge Speelman, Prosecutor Fox and Sheriff Grey for all assistance from their offices.
We would also encourage citizens to contact the Celina Police Department when they witness any suspicious activity within the City of Celina.
