(11-18-19) Francy Majo (21) of Coldwater has pleaded guilty to several charges in the January 3rd, 2018 rape and murder of Sandra Renner (47), also of Coldwater. Majo entered the guilty plea this morning in Mercer County Common Pleas Court as part of a plea deal.

He was sentenced to life in prison without parole on the murder charge and 11 years each for the robbery and burglary charges, thus avoiding a possible death sentence.
