(5-8-19) Mark Wahlburg and Unealistic Ideas filed a motion today in Celina Municipal Court in opposition to an attempt to block cameras in the court room during the upcoming Jeff Rasawehr case. The use of cameras was denied earlier this week.
In other parts of the memorandum it sights 1st Ammendment Rights in the motion.

The jury trial case is scheduled to start on May 21st in Celina Municipal Court. Current Municipal Court Judge Kathryn Speelman on March 3r, 2018 recused herself from the case due to her personal knowledge outside of the court case.
The Ohio Supreme Court assigned Judge David Faulkner to the case on April 3rd, 2018.
Mercer County Outlook 
What does Fox have to hide? He sure welcomed cameras into the courtroom during the case of our son. Maybe he is afraid of looking like a fool on a national stage. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving person.

Mercer County appears to have reached a new low. With the stunts be pulled by elected officials and the speaking out of chambers, there is enough alleged corruption in the county to cause any citizen to have concerns. I am in hope the upcoming trial will expose the facts and hold the people responsible accountable.
