(3-23-19) Celina residents, Kang Chen (47) and Mei Zheng (45) have been indicted on five felony charges that came from a human trafficking investigation announced in late August of last year. The suspects are the owners of the China Wok Buffet in Celina.
In 2017 the Ohio Investigative Unit looked into allegations of human trafficking and tampering with records.
A court date for Chen and Zheng has not been set.
