The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has now released the names of the teens. The driver, Logan Cooper, of Fort Loramie, was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital; The front seat passenger, Jordan Drees, of Sidney, was taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital; and the back seat passenger, Lakeland Kemp, of Piqua was also taken the Wilson Memorial Hospital.

Just so everybody on here knows this was my brother Logan Cooper and his best friend Jordan, and his girlfriend. Was no drinking, there was no cell phones, a car was coming head on at them and crossed center and my brother went to avoid the other driver and went off the side of the road.
Local law enforcement will consider some of the above statements.
(3-24-19) Three teens all aged 17, were injured after the car they were in struck a tree and split in half Sunday night around 5:30 p.m. The car was traveling northbound when the driver over-corrected and swerved to miss a car traveling southbound on Wright Puthoff Road near Fort Loramie. The driver lost control and went off the west side of the road and would strike three trees before the car split in half. All three teens were ejected from the vehicle and were not believed to be wearing seat belts. Weather conditions may have played a part in the crash.
A male front seat passenger was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, the male driver and female rear passenger were both taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney, Ohio. (no names have been released at this time)
This crash is under investigation by Shelby County deputies.
