December 31, 2018, Celina, OH — Celina Insurance Group announces the retirement of Phil Fullenkamp, Sr. Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer after 37 years of service. During his career, in addition to his current role, he served as Sr. Internal Auditor, Manager of Internal Audit, Manager of Insurance Accounting, and Vice President – Finance and Treasurer all while playing an instrumental role in Celina’s growth and prosperity.

President and CEO Bill Montgomery stated:

“Phil has been a steadying influence on the organization over the years. He’s been my confidant – trustworthy, loyal, kind, and smart. His leadership and wise counsel will be missed.”

Celina also announces the promotion of Mike Kleinhenz to Sr. Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mike is in his 32nd year with Celina Insurance Group and most recently served as Director of Internal Audit and Assistant Treasurer. His experience in various financial and insurance matters will serve him well as he succeeds Phil Fullenkamp. For the time being, Kleinhenz will also continue as Corporate Secretary.

Kleinhenz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from Ashland University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s.
