December 28, 2017, Celina, OH — Celina Insurance Group announces the retirement of Rod Stapleton, Senior Vice President – Corporate Strategy. Prior to his current role, he served 16 years as Chief Operating Officer, playing an instrumental role in Celina’s growth and prosperity.
President and CEO Bill Montgomery stated:

Celina also announces the promotion of Vince Franz to Chief Operating Officer. Vince is in his thirteenth year with Celina Insurance Group and most recently served as Vice President and Chief Actuary. He has 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a key contributor to the success of Celina Insurance Group. In his new role, he oversees all insurance operations and serves as a member of the Senior Management team.
Before joining Celina, Vince served in various roles involving pricing, reserving, compliance, underwriting, and reinsurance at The Reciprocal Group, CNA Insurance Companies, and Grange Mutual Casualty Company. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds ACAS (Associate of Casualty Actuarial Society) and MAAA (Member, American Academy of Actuaries) actuarial designations.
