The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash that injured the drivers involved.
On Saturday at around 10:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of CR 100N and CR 500 W for a crash involving two cars.

Preliminary investigation showed that Canen Keys, 32, of Decatur, was driving west on CR 100 N when he failed to stop at a stop sign at a high rate of speed and collided at the intersection with a 16-year-old Gabriel Steiner from Berne, who was heading south on CR 500 W.
Steiner was airlifted from the scene to a nearby hospital. Keys was taken by ambulance to a hospital. Neither of the drivers conditions are known at this time.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Indiana State Police, Preble Fire Department, Adams County EMS, and Lutheran Air.
