Decatur, Ind. — October 29th, 2026 — ADAMS COUNTY, INDIANA — The Adams County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC) is announced the appointment of Dean Fuelling as its new CEO, effective November 10, 2026.
Fuelling brings 33 years of experience in banking, where he served as a commercial loan officer, a credit analyst, along with a background in mortgage loan underwriting. His experience in banking and lending provides a strong foundation for understanding business needs, building relationships, and supporting economic growth throughout the community.
He and his wife Mindy are lifelong residents of Adams County. They have raised three sons and are active in various roles and boards at St. Marks Global Methodist Church. He is also a member of the Decatur Optimist Club and serves on the boards of the Adams County Community Foundation, the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, Adams County Boys & Girls Club, and the Decatur Housing Authority.
In his new role, Fuelling will work to support the continued economic vitality of Adams County, building relationships with local businesses and community partners while helping advance opportunities for growth and development.
