(10-28-26) Mercer Health is now accepting registrations for its Babysitter Training Class, designed to help young babysitters develop the skills and confidence needed to care for infants and children safely.
Open to children ages 10-12, the course covers essential babysitting topics, including CPR, first aid basics, safety awareness, and childcare skills. Participants will gain valuable knowledge to help them respond to common situations and provide quality care for the children they babysit.
The class will be heldTuesday, November 24, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Mercer Health meeting rooms in Coldwater. This one-session class is offered in a blended format, combining online learning with hands-on classroom instruction to reinforce key concepts and practical skills.
Mercer Health has traditionally offered the popular program during the summer months and is pleased to provide another opportunity for families to enroll their future babysitters in this valuable program.
