The Stateline Writer’s Club met on September 19, 2026. They enjoyed a short lively
meeting.
Afterwards, they attended Bill Reeve’s book signing for The Healer from Texas.
The next meeting is on Saturday October 17 at 10:00am in the lower level meeting room
at the Celina Mercer County Library. The members can choose from the writing prompts: “Local gravestones begin disappearing.” or “On her deathbed, your grandmother tells you a secret about a hidden treasure buried in her backyard. The family has been trying to locate it for decades. It’s up to you to
finally find it“.
As always, a writer can choose an individual topic.
The club meets on the third Saturday of the month. The Stateline Writer’s Club seeks to encourage local writers by support and fellowship.
