Over the next year, I’ll be using some Mondays to share a little more about my Community Service Initiative, H.O.P.E. – Helping Others through Peer Education on Alcohol Abuse.

This initiative is deeply personal to me, and my goal is to use my story to help educate others about alcohol addiction, reduce the stigma surrounding it, and remind both individuals and families that there is always hope.

Some weeks I’ll share educational information. Other weeks may include resources, encouragement, personal reflections, or things I wish more people understood about addiction and the families affected by it.

I know these conversations aren’t always easy, but I believe they’re important.

So on these Mondays, I hope to bring a little more understanding, a little more compassion, and A Little More HOPE.
