Stateline Writer’s Club News Release – September 5, 2026 – For Immediate Release
The Stateline Writer’s Club met on August 15, 2026 at a member’s home for their summer picnic. They enjoyed conversation, good food and good writing.
The next meeting is on Saturday September 19 at 10:00am in the regular location of the lower level meeting room at the Celina Mercer County Library .
The members can choose from the writing prompts: “You’ve wandered farther than usual and discovered an old cabin, in the middle of your woods. What do you find?” or “A magical toad begins talking to you, but you’re the only person who can hear him”.
As always, a writer can choose an individual topic.
The club meets on the third Saturday of the month. The Stateline Writer’s Club seeks to encourage local writers by support and fellowship. Any interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
