(8-7-26) Scott Froning (59) of Willshire was booked into the Auglaize County on a felony drug trafficking charge. He is being held without bond.

In Ohio, Ohio Revised Code § 2925.03 is the statute covering trafficking in drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs. It generally prohibits knowingly:

  • Selling or offering to sell a controlled substance; or
  • Preparing for shipment, shipping, transporting, delivering, or distributing a controlled substance when the person knows or has reason to believe it is intended for sale or resale.
