(8-2-26) Ohio Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Toledo) was sent to the hospital Sunday after a hit-and-run crash in Toledo …the crash happened on Detroit Avenue near Central Avenue around 10:45 a.m.

The 80-year-old congresswoman represents Ohio’s 9th congressional district. Kaptur is the longest-serving member of the Buckeye State’s 17-member congressional delegation.
