From the Village of New Knoxville

(7-14-26) Thanks to funds received through a grant, the gravel parking lot beside the splash pad will be paved over the next week. Buehler Asphalt Paving will begin prepping the area today, and then weather permitting will pave the area either late this week or the beginning of next week.

The splash pad will not be closed during this construction, but we ask that park patrons use their best judgement while at the park during this process. For your safety, please stay away from the construction and avoid using the splash pad while heavy equipment is in use.

We understand that this construction may be an inconvenience, but are hopeful that a fully paved parking lot will make future visits to the park a more enjoyable experience for those in wheelchairs and pushing strollers.
