(7-10-26) Here are the latest microcystin readings from Grand Lake St. Marys.

While we remain above State of Ohio Recommended Levels, we are currently well below the World Health Organization Recreation Advisory Level.
Note that algal biomass has increased due to excess dissolved phosphorus coming out of the lake sediment, which supplies the nutrients cyanobacteria needs to grow.
