Alphonse Uwimana (37) was booked on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft without consent. He was released after being booked.

Neal Weadock (79) of St. Marys was booked on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft and is being held on $10,000 bond awaiting a court hearing.
