(5-5-26) Two were booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center recently.

Twyla Frasher (65) of Celina is being held on two charges and is awaiting arraignment tomorrow in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

She is presently out on bond.

Joshua Gibson (27) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor of domestic violence.
