(5-1-26) Two men were booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

David Ralston (65) was booked by the Rockford Police Department on a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs, he is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance.

Michael Espinosa (34) was booked on a 5th degree felony charge of identity fraud. He’s awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance.

Fifth-degree felony (under $1,000 or no specific dollar loss): Six to twelve months in prison and a fine of up to $2,500.
