St. Marys, Ohio (4-27-26) – Grand Lake Health System is pleased to announce the addition of Alecksa Engle, CNP, to its growing team of healthcare providers. Engle will be a valuable addition to Auglaize Mercer General Surgery, where she will work alongside Dr. Bryant, DO.

A native of St. Marys, Engle brings both professional expertise and a deep personal connection to the community she now serves. She earned her Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She is board-certified through the Ohio Board of Nursing and is affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Engle began her healthcare career in 2017 at St. Rita’s Medical Center, where she worked in the emergency department. She later transitioned into urgent care in 2021 and expanded her clinical expertise into lymphatic and venous medicine as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She now continues to serve patients locally through her work at Grand Lake Health System and with Mercer Health Coldwater.

Engle is passionate about patient-centered care and believes the best outcomes are achieved when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. She emphasizes preventive care, education, and collaboration to empower patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.
