(4-24-26) Robert McGough (53) was indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on April 16th on 46 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
2–20-26—Ft. Recovery Arrest Made
The indictments follow his February arrest on drug-related charges after law enforcement searched his Fort Recovery home, where they found drugs that tested positive for cocaine.
During the search, investigators also examined his electronic devices and allegedly discovered dozens of files containing the pornography.
He has a pretrial hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court on April 29.
