(9-9-25) Two were arrested by the Celina Police Department yesterday on felony drug charges.

Danielle Rutan (34) has been charged with a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft.

Andrew Veen (51) has been charged with a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft.
In Ohio, a fifth-degree felony (F5) for drug possession is the least serious felony drug offense and carries a potential penalty of 6 to 12 months in prison and a fine of up to $2,500. Both are being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond and are awaitng court hearings.
