So what do they say should happen to him if he is returned to the U.S.? Will he be held for due process or released into the public again. Will they take responsibility for him? They have not said.
Why have they decided to make this an issue in making him into their symbol?

Anyone that can’t understand all the violations of our Constitution that have been committed here needs to take a refresher course in the concept of “Due Process”.
This exercise of government power is exactly what the Founding Fathers fought against. All the folks that fear big government and it’s power should be very concerned.

ohh just like all the Jan 6 people (American citizens) that got railroaded by the Dem. I guess that’s different huh ? He is a criminal thug it’s obvious as can be and he had due process by many branches. Geesh you all need to get over it already they are doing exactly what they were elected for getting rid of the trash Biden let flood our country with. So the “Feds” think you have broken the law. They raid your house, throw you in a van, take you to the airport, put you on a plane, and send to a prison in a foreign county. No worries. all good.

he is from El Salvador’s he is not a us citizen good lord they don’t stand at the border and take them to court for due process. Besides that his own country took him straight to prison where gang members and gang leaders should be.

It might be helpful if you would brush up on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Rights that Apply to all Persons (Citizens and Non-Citizens):
He has lived in this country for a while. In fact in 2019, a federal judge gave him protection from deportation as the government (Trump’s DOJ) could not prove he was member of a gang. A court judgement that Trump’s DOJ didn’t appeal.
El Salvador took him because our government is paying El Salvador to house them. El Salvador hasn’t charged him or found him guilty of anything.
Finally, Trump’s DOJ has admitting they made a mistake in sending him to El Salvador.

For years everyone went through Ellis Island and had to pass citizenship tests and pass the set standards to BE a citizen. Also, it nothing to do with TDS. It has everything to with understanding the problem and willing to find a viable solution. I guarantee you trashing the constitution (that so many claim to love) is not the solution.

Sorry, the ends to not justify the means. When the Executive Branch believes it can do what ever it wants without regard to court orders and Constitutional norms, we are not “Making America Great” but make us weak.
I had asked if this was a criminal or civil matter. The answer is civil which is why illegals are deported and not serving a prison sentence in the US.
Trump’s will never resolve this issue for many reasons. One of those reasons is that he sees this as a political winner for himself and has no desire for it to be resolved.
