(1-15-25) Benjamin Polasky (42) of Owosso, Michigan was apprehended on a bench warrant from April of 2023.
Polasky, besides numerous felony indictment charges from 2022, is now in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on two more felony charges of contempt of court and escape. He is awaiting a hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing
