(10-30-24) Celina City Law Director George Moore has posted on his Facebook page the following on the recent denial of Celina City Council ordinance for the Mercy Health proposal. The email was sent from Mercer Health’s CFO Jon Dingledine to Celina Council Members and the Celina Mayor.
Why Moore posted this information to the public on the situation is explained in his posting.

So, basically Jon Dingledine of Mercer Health contacted Brian Smith of CRESCO Real Estate under the “pretense” Mercer Health was interested in purchasing one of the remaining lots for the sole reason to be able to gain access to Mercy’s purchase and sale agreement (PSA). Riddle me this Batman, how can one be for free market principles but yet do something this shady???
