(7-24-24) James Garman (43) has been charged by Celina Police with a 2nd degree felony count of felonious assault after allegedly trying to run over several boys playing basketball in the Bryson Park District.

Garman is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $75,000 (10%) bond pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance on July 26th.
