(8-1-23) Former President Donald Trump was indicted for the third time on Tuesday on charges stemming from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the Capitol riot on January 6th, 2021.

Trump was indicted on four federal charges out of the probe, including:

  • conspiracy to defraud the United States
  • conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding
  • obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding
  • conspiracy against rights.

Trump has been ordered to appear in federal court in Washington D.C. for his arraignment on Thursday, August 3rd at 4:00 p.m. 

Main stream media, including CNN, has avoided the House Oversight Committee closed-door hearings with Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Devon Archer. Archer was being questioned about the Biden family business dealings.

During the hearing, Archer testified that Hunter and top Burisma Holdings executives “called D.C.” in 2015 to ask the Obama administration to help fire Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption at that time then-Vice President Joe Biden was in charge of U.S.-Ukraine policy for the Obama administration. President Obama has not yet commented on the accusations against his VP, who was with him for 8 years. Was Obama aware of the situation, didn’t care or just didn’t pay attention.

GOP Rep. James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight Committee said –

“When Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States, he joined Hunter Biden’s dinners with his foreign business associates in person or by speakerphone over 20 times.”

During all of this President Biden has been on another vacation on the beach and taking bike rides in Delaware.
