(6-6-23) James Meyer (50) of Wapakoneta was arrested last Saturday by Mercer County Deputies on a 3rd degree felony charge of having weapons under disability.

Meyer was recently found to be in possession of a firearm in the city of Celina. In 2012 Meyer was convicted of a drug trafficking charge and subsequently was prohibited for possessing of a 9mm handgun.

Meyer is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and held on a $50,000 (10%) bond pending a June 12th Mercer County Common Pleas (10%) Court appearance.
