(3-23-23) Amanda Catherine Eicher (31) of Winchester, Indiana was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on March 16tth and arrested yesterday by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Eicher was indicted for a January 17th traffic crash that seriously injured Jeffrey Mize. Eicher is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility without bond pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance.
