(2-26-23) So the creator of the comic strip ‘Dilbert’, Scott Adams, is on the hot seat because he said …Black people are a hate group, citing a recent Rasmussen survey which, he said, shows nearly half of all Black people do not agree with the phrase “It’s okay to be white.”
“If nearly half of all Blacks are not okay with White people … that’s a hate group.I don’t want to have anything to do with them. And I would say, based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to White people is to get the hell away from Black people … because there is no fixing this.”

This has caused numerous newspapers to cancel the long-running ‘Dilbert‘ comic strip.
The Washington Post, the USA Today network of hundreds of newspapers, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Los Angeles Times have all announced that they would stop publishing “Dilbert” after they proclaimed that Adams’s racist rant on YouTube was the reason.

It might be noted that many of these publications removing ‘Dilbert’ have not issued any statements on the Disney + series ‘The Proud Family‘.
In 2020 the Disney Channels Worldwide president said during an interview that the company wanted the reboot to renew the original show’s “brilliant social commentary on our life and times,”
A recent episode of a Disney+ cartoon show has kids performing a skit around the theme “”This country was built on slavery, which means slaves built this country.” An episode is devoted to the idea that slavery created American capitalism.
“The descendants of slaves continue to build it, slaves built this country and we the descendants of slaves in America have earned reparations for their suffering and continue to earn reparations every moment we spend submerged in a systemic prejudice, racism and White supremacy that America was founded with and still has not atoned for.”
“We had Tubman, Turner, Frederick D, then they say Lincoln freed the slaves, but slaves were men and women, and only we can free ourselves. Emancipation is not freedom. Jim Crow, segregation, redlining, public schools feeding private prisons where we become slaves again.”
The show has even won two NAACP Image Awards recently…
Yet the same newspapers that have dropped ‘Dilbert‘ have not commented on the ‘The Proud Family‘.
