COLDWATER, Ohio (2-17-23) — Totally Promotional is proud to announce it has reached another milestone in the company’s history.

This year marks three decades in business for the manufacturer and retailer of customized promotional items.

What began as a small store with a handful of employees is now a leading e-commerce business in the promotional products industry. CEO Tom Casad said the company has thrived by putting customers’ needs first.

Casad said –

“Our goal has always been to meet and exceed our customers’ needs. Much of our success is based on listening to customer feedback and finding new ways to enhance the shopping experience at Totally Promotional.”

The company currently employs about 230 people in its office and production areas. Kelly Casad, business manager and daughter of the CEO, said its workforce is key to the company’s success.

Totally Promotional was founded in 1993 in Celina, Ohio, by Tom Casad and his wife, Paula. Some of the earliest promotional items offered for branding and gifts were can coolers and KOOZIES®, table covers and cups.

In 2016, the office headquarters moved from Celina, Ohio, to a beautifully remodeled space in Coldwater, Ohio. This reunited the production and office teams under one roof. Today, customers find more than 8,000 high-quality products at Totally Promotional and Totally Wedding Koozies. Along with an impressive line of apparel and full-color products, the company recently began adding brand-name items from CamelBak®, Champion®, OtterBox®, Columbia®, Swig Life®, Igloo®, Coleman® and others.
