(1-10-23) At last night’s organizational meeting…former Celina High School teacher and Celina City Council Member Bill Sell has been voted as the Celina City Schools’ Board of Education’s President for 2023. Carl Huber will be the Vice-President. Sell, who was Vice-President last year replaces Deg Guingrich as the President.

The BOE according to Superintendent of Schools Dr. Ken Schmiesing is scheduled to meet in its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday night at 6pm, the meeting is not listed as taking place according to the schedule and no agenda has yet been placed on the school district’s web page.

According to the Superintendent the Tri Star agreement will be on the agenda for discussion as will several items on the upcoming building projects.
