(12-14-22) The Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a 3 vehicle crash Monday afternoon at around 4:30 p.m. Judith Coppess (80) of Minster was driving south on State Route 66 near Koop Road when she crossed the center line. Coppess struck a car driven by Kelly Cramer (28) of Fort Loramie head-on. Cramer then struck a car driven by Lillian Caudill (20) of Minster.
Cramer sustained serious injuries and was life-flighted to a Toledo hospital. A one-year-old boy was in the struck car and was uninjured.
Coppess was taken to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. Caudill sustained minor injuries. This crash remains under investigation.
Multiple area agencies assisted in the crash, which remains under investigation.
