Heitkamp Appointed As New Rockford Council Member, New Water Rate Passes 6-0

(10-19-22) The Village of Rockford has appointed Marcus Heitkamp as the new council member to replace Jessica Yoder who resigned recently.

Over the past year their have been several changes on the village council.

Base water rate increase from $33 to $53 passed last night 6-0.

(No more Shut off letters – if not paid by end of month water gets shut off until paid in full – $25 fee to be added to next billing.)
