
(10-7-22) Nicholas Schwieterman has been granted judicial release today by Judge Jeffrey Ingraham after serving almost 14 years of a 24 year sentence in the traffic deaths of four Mercer County teenagers in 2008. Schwieterman was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time.

This was Schwieterman’s 3rd request for judicial release. Schwieterman appeared in Mercer County Common Pleas Court with his attorney late last month for a hearing. Schwieterman will be on supervision for 5 years when he is released on October 11th.
