(9-9-22) Michael Breeden (68) of Celina was taken to Mercer Health after a car and tractor crash Thursday Night at around 6:30 pm. Breeden’s wife, Karen (71) of Celina was towing a small tractor with Michael sitting on it. The Breeden’s were eastbound on State Route 119 near the VFW when Lily Schulze (22) of St Henry struck the rear of the tractor. The impact caused Michael to be ejected from the tractor and his arm became trapped between the front left tire and the axle.

The Breedens, according to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, had a slow moving vehicle sign attached and the the car had hazard lights activated.Schulze was issued a citation for an assured clear distance violation.
