(8-25-22) The Decatur Police Department says Patrick Michael Scott (28) committed a stabbing that occurred overnight in Decatur around 12:30 a.m. in the old Adams County Jail on 1st Street. The facility is now privately owned.

One unnamed victim was taken away in critical condition.

This morning around 11 a.m Scott, who had fled the scene, was arrested in Paulding, Ohio.
