(7-5-22) The membership of St. Paul’’s Country Church, located at 1538 Oregon Road, Rockford, OH invites you to their worship service at 10 AM on Sunday, July 10, 2022. This congregation is blessed to have retired Pastor Steve Howell in the pulpit that day.

Pastor Steve’s lesson on Sunday, July 10, 2022 continues from the Gospel of John 20: 24-29 entitled “Help for our Unbelief”. Steve has been bringing us the many lessons of John as he covers Jesus’ life and death for our salvation.

John 20:24-29

New International Version Jesus Appears to Thomas

24 Now Thomas (also known as Didymus[a]), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. 25 So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!”

But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

26 A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” 27 Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”

28 Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!”

29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

Pastor Steve has been in the ministry for 50 years and is retired from Grace Missionary Church in Celina. He delivers a powerful message from the Bible.

Sunday School is at 9:30 am. Children’s Message and Children’s Church are on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays monthly. All children are invited to these very special Bible learning experiences and craft activities.
