(6-14-22) Two people are in custody at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center after a search warrant was executed in Delphos last week.
At 1:15 p.m. June 8, Delphos City Police executed a search warrant at 422 S. Jefferson St. in connection with an ongoing theft investigation. Two individuals were arrested inside the residence on active warrants unrelated to the theft investigation.
Christopher Lindeman (34) and Kitti A. Johnson (35) of Delphos were taken into custody on warrants issued in Mercer County and were transferred to the custody of the Celina Police Department.
Items in the theft investigation were recovered at the scene, plus drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia were also found during the search. More stolen property has been recovered in Lima by Delphos City Police earlier during the investigation.
They are waiting a court appearance in Celina Municipal Court.
