Sources did tell us they were free on bond for a short time today and were later picked up by the FBI and taken into custody.
(5-2-22) Today all three Auglaize County murder suspects, Anita Green, Amanda Hovanec and Anthony Theodorou are now in Federal custody.

All three are being charged with 1st degree murder in the death of Timothy Hovanec who worked for the State Department in Washington D.C.
The three suspects are being held at the Lucas County Jail in Toledo pending the transfer to federal officials.The investigation is being conducted by the FBI and the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office and will be prosecuted at the federal level. Green was the executive director of Auglaize County’s Farm Service Agency, which is under the direction of a federal department…the US Department of Agriculture.
