(3-28-22) The Brookville Local School (located in Northwestern Montgomery County) District Board voted at today’s board meeting to hire Coldwater School Superintendent Jason Wood to take over as the Superintendent. Wood was one of two finalist for the position.
Wood will replace Tim Hopkins, who is retiring after 22 years of service. Jason Wood had been with Coldwater since 2015.
Before taking the Coldwater position he was the high school principal at Franklin-Monroe from 2008 to 2014.
The Coldwater Board of Education will begin the process of selecting a replacement for Wood.
