(2-14-22) Skylar McCarter (27) of Celina was arrested Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on six separate charges.

One of the charges include a 4th Degree felony of assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest.

Five misdemeanor charges were also filed.

McCarter is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $50,000 (10%) bond pending a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
