(2-2-22) Earlier today, the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission released the news that the Garmann Miller Architectural firm has been selected as the architectural firm for the $106 million dollar school construction project for Celina City Schools.
On Monday, January 31, 2022, three firms presented their firm’s qualifications to the OFCC team members and Celina City School District’s representatives. The three architectural firms who made the “short list” included the DLR Group, Fanning/Howey and Garmann Miller.
Garmann Miller has been working with Celina City Schools over the past two years, serving the school district as the pre-bond architectural firm. Celina City Schools was successful in passing their bond levy for the new schools in 2021. The Garmann Miller firm has opened an office in Celina.
The next step in the construction process is to choose a Construction Manager at Risk firm. This selection is planned to be made by the end of February.
