(11-23-21) Teddy Hale (29) of Bradford has been found guilty in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on two misdemeanor charges of unlawful operation of a motor vehicle with a suspected license and driving under financial responsibility law suspension or cancellation.
These charges stem from the September 2020 traffic death of Yvonne Noel (62), who was struck by Hale as he was driving on US 127 north of Schunck Road.
Hale still faces additional charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court from Noel’s death, including aggravated vehicular homicide, possession of drugs and operating a vehicle under the influence .
Hale is presently being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center after being convicted of Contempt of Court Charges with no bail. he has a Common Pleas court date scheduled for 12-9-21.
