(10-15-21) The Ohio State Board of Education rescinded an anti-racism and equity resolution that it passed last year after the George Floyd incident, replacing it Wednesday night with a statement that seeks to promote academic excellence without

“respect to race, ethnicity or creed.”

The new resolution also states-

“condemns any standards, curriculum, or training programs for students, teachers, or staff who seek to divide or to ascribe circumstances or qualities, such as collective guilt, moral deficiency, or racial bias, to a whole race or group of people.”
