(5-24-21) Toney Kidwell (73) of Celina has been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office following his indictment by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 33 felonies including rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, and attempted rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition.

Court documents allege that Kidwell committed the offenses over a time frame from October of 2019 to December of this year.

The alleged victim was less than 10 years of age.

Kidwell is being held in the Mercer County Detention Facility without bond pending a Common Pleas court hearing.
