(4-1-21) Kevin Fullenkamp (60) of St Henry has pleaded not guilty to ten felony charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Fullenkamp was arrested on February 24th after the Newberry, Massachusetts Police Department had contacted the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office to report that Fullenkamp had been communicating with an undercover Facebook page that was a part of the Internet Crimes against Children Unit. The page was set up by the ICAC to appear that it belonged to a 13 year old child.

Fullenkamp allegedly discussed sexually explicit topics and sent several inappropriate pictures as well.

Fullenkamp is free on his own recognizance and is set for a pre-trial hearing on April 28th.
