(3-26-21) The Celina Kiwanis discussed additional changes to their club’s organization at their March 17 meeting.

Karen Perts volunteered to chair the newly created Education Committee since she will complete her term as president at the end of September. She will attend the Kiwanis MidYear Education Day to get suggestions and materials for the new committee.


Lori Vian volunteered to co- chair the Kiwanis Coat Drive, which will resume in the fall.

Since pandemic restrictions are gradually being lifted, the club hopes to resume weekly meetings and welcoming speakers during the 2021— 2022

Kiwanis year which begins in October. Members are checking dates for the club’s first chicken dinner fundraiser.

President Perts also discussed potential fundraisers described in the Kiwanis Magazine .
