CELINA (3-19-21) – Erin Hopkins, Victims Advocate for Family Crisis Network, successfully completed renewal of certification as a Credential Advocate (CA) for victims of crime. CA certification is awarded by the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) to professionals who demonstrate a dedication to serve populations victimized by crime, and can provide documentation of personal experience and training related to best practices in the field. These credentials are reviewed every two years. Renewal of the NOVA credential validates Hopkins’ on-going commitment to safeguarding the rights and well-being of victims and survivors of crime.
Hopkins joined Our Home Family Resource Center’s Family Crisis Network team in July 2016 and serves as both victims advocate and domestic violence shelter monitor. She is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has also certified through Ohio Advocate Network (OAN) as a Registered Advocate (RA). Hopkins lives in Celina with her husband and children.
